When Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead near her home, the official explanation is cardiac problems. But, a footprint of an enormous hound is seen near the body. Has the ghostly hound that haunts the Baskervilles returned? Sir Charles' friend, Dr Mortimer, isn't convinced, but they can't deny the evidence. He asks the famous detective Sherlock Holmes for advice. Was Sir Charles' death caused by the curse of the Baskervilles and, if so, should Holmes warn Sir Charles' successor not to return to Baskerville Hall?
